this is stunning dear and yes using a mouse as a paint brush is probably akin to threading a needle with snow gloves on
it will take time to work out how to master it and I guess why most use tables even then thought I guess you still need ot lean how to use it and get use to it
Frustration well be it so you got a beautifully vibrant and kinda surreal Art from your frustration...Thats if I guess the meaning within the name right
PS get use to using layers too dear it can help a lot in many ways...digital as a few tricks that are a lot easier to do if you think a little out side the box of traditional painting
I don't know how you know it but it feels exactly how you described Threading a needle with snow gloves on I plan to paint more pics like that, I suppose they should get better with more practice
They will ... of that I am sure but sometimes the right tool or techniques can make it a whole lot easier to achieve what we are aiming for
One thing with digital, maybe I said this before but it helps to try and think in a subtractive way as what isn't so easy with paint is easily done with digital.
for example using Erase brushes to get the effective look your after..
"Layers" are way a good thing to get use to using plus (even thought I dont know much on how to use them myself & should really learn better..plenty of tuts on how to) "masking" techniques are quite powerful and very effective for getting things done
Id say I like know maybe 5% of the power of PS you already have great knowledge of how to draw its just getting the tool set knowledge for PS.. which is different and very powerful just painting in PS is quite doable but the real power comes from the other things it can do
Your talents already there its just a bit of reverse thinking I guess and learning the more powerful aspects of what it can do easily as opposed to real paint
and I am sure in time a table would be of great benefit to you once you get the hang of using it
sure it will take a little perseverance on your part..bit like going back to stick people I guess technique wise but I am sure you are going to some great Art ...and dont forget about using mixed media either like scan in your art or drawings and paint them
I know in time I am going to be dumbstruck with what you produce just my thoughts sweetie
